What We Did: Pre-Construction Lighting Plan and Floor Plan Edits; Construction Finishes, Fixtures, and Materials Selections; Furnishings, Paint / Wallpaper, Lighting, Artwork, Area Rugs, Décor

One of the biggest challenges when building a new home is selecting colors and finishes that
look cohesive throughout while still making each space look distinctive. We solved that for our clients plus the challenge of making their new urban condo feel simultaneously contemporary
and inviting. By mixing and matching high contrast neutrals in every room, then combining
sleek surfaces with elaborate statement lighting and artistic details, we created a
welcoming contemporary retreat for our clients and their guests.

The Color Palettes

Foyer: Pale grays, dark woods, touches of patinated silver
Dining Room: Pale grays, creams, dark woods
Kitchen: Bright white, steel gray, pops of red
Living Room: Soft gray, white, dark woods, touches of turquoise and gold
