This spec home was staged as a part of a Leukemia and Lymphoma Society fundraising event. All selections were either donated or provided at a discount and were available via auction during the event.

The design intent for the master bedroom suite, was to create a light and natural feeling room that capitalized on the view of the surrounding golf course. A slight shimmer in the paint color lends itself to this concept beautifully as well as the custom made drapes, featuring hundreds of hand-tied satin ribbons individually attached, installed using untraditional hardware. Various wood tones mingle with cream upholstery and neutral bed linens, the perfect foundation for bright accent pillows adding a subtle pop of color.

A stone fireplace and stained concrete floors are the perfect design foundation for the downstairs basement retreat. Expansive windows offer another great view of the surrounding golf course as well as plenty of natural light to highlight the various collections of North Carolina made wall quilts and assorted pottery pieces. Equally warm and inviting, a wine cabinet and tasting area find themselves situated along side a pool table in this cozy basement retreat
