A bright, crisp kitchen provides a cheerful environment that reflects the homeowner’s personality and displays the first accent tile feature within the new home. Painted cabinetry, polished nickel lighting and cabinet hardware, and a granite countertop featuring soft tones and plenty of movement help to complete the look. A close-up of the kitchen backsplash shows the intricate combination of tiles in hues of soft cream, white, delicate beige, and a subtle green. Adding glazed red tile to the corners of the backsplash feature above the stove top adds the slightest pop of color.

Unique tile selections and designs were also a focus in the bathrooms. In the master bathroom, the warm and rich color combinations of the tile, cabinetry, granite, and woven wood shades create an overall relaxing ambience. A freestanding tub emits a feeling of natural tranquility, carrying the large neutral-toned floor tile to just below the window and offsetting the diamond pattern with square glass mosaic tile. The same band of mosaic tile is repeated in the large walk-in shower, displaying their range of beautiful hues reminiscent of nature. Upstairs in the guest bathroom, an intricate basket weave pattern commands presence in the shower. Continuing with special tile features, the young teen’s bathroom shower displays handcrafted tile, depicting a playful group of turtles heading from the beach to the ocean.
