After two phases of redesigning our client's living area, kitchen, and dining room, he finally has the functional entertainment space worth showing off.  We repainted the walls and added beautiful white wainscoting as well as repainting the stark white ceiling a warmer SW Ramie.  Bamboo floors replaced the old wood laminate for durability.  Contemporary track lighting off sets the high ceilings in the living area and kitchen, providing light where it is needed the most.

The kitchen received a major face lift and expansion with new custom cabinetry, granite countertops, under cabinet lighting, and maximized storage space.  We relocated the kitchen sink, creating a focal point out of the bay window overlooking the neighboring golf course. The new island showcases a blend of stone and a custom-designed bar top made of walnut, complementing the newly redesigned fireplace.

Open and inviting, the new dining space features a contemporary light fixture above a glass-top Baker dining table accented with a lazy susan and seating for six.  We removed the china cabinet and maximized storage with double-sided cabinetry.  A unique feature is the central cabinet door that lifts, providing a pass-through for easy transport from kitchen to dining, and a glass front cabinet that is also accessible from doors on the opposite side.

The living area was not well suited for entertaining and was in a desperate need of color.  By removing the media cabinet and arranging the updated furniture, the fireplace became the focal point with its floor to ceiling stone surround.  The living area now opens to the kitchen and provides various seating options for guests to converse amongst one another.  Masculine pieces are softened with hints of blue and green pulled from the large area rug.  Overall, we created a balanced and well-deserved entertainment space for our client to enjoy
