Sally Williams—Owner & Principal Designer

Sally and her family settled in Raleigh in 1988. After graduating from the College of William and Mary and success in corporate management, Sally pursued her true calling—art and design. She owned and operated the successful furnishings and dècor shop, Sally Huss Gallery, in downtown Raleigh before launching Colorful Concepts Interior Design.

Today, Sally focuses on interior design for her residential clients. She shares her time and talent on a volunteer basis with many non-profits in the Triangle, including the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Passage Home and St. Francis of Assisi Total Youth Ministry (TYM) Program.

Sally’s work has been featured numerous times in Raleigh’s News & Observer, as well as in area magazines such as Midtown, New Homes and Ideas and Carolina Woman

Interior Design Society (IDS), Professional Level Member

Sally has served in several positions on the Board of the Interior Design Society Triangle NC Chapter (IDS TNCC) from 2005-2010, including President from 2007-2008. IDS TNCC has won the IDS National Chapter of the Year bi-annual Award three consecutive times in 2007, 2009 and 2011.

CQRID Certified Designer

Associate Member, Home Builders Association, HBA Remodelers Council, and HBA Parade of Homes Committee of Raleigh/Wake County
